Making dreams come true
Everybody has a secret dream. Some of us have many. One of my secret dreams was building my own personal brand. Hey! A fishing brand? Ten years ago, I would say you're nuts! However, people say: "Man proposes, but God disposes". And that's true. Nowadays, I am a passionate angler, who tries her luck with her own fishing brand for women.
Let's be specific. How did I come up with the idea of SEESEE apparel brand?
My parents taught me to love nature. Growing up, it gradually became my passion. When I met Adam (who is now my husband and also a great angler and a fantastic coach), I got chance to enjoy the nature in a different manner – as an angler. To give angling a try was one of those good decisions I made in my life :) Carp fishing, and angling in general, became my passion. It brings peace and relaxation to my life. It's really crucial in our everyday lives.
Like every girl I love to dress up nicely, whether it's party in the town or weekend in the tent :) However, I could not find a brand within the EU market, which would suit my needs. I was feeling tired of buying the tiniest T-shirts for men. At the end of the day I looked like water goblin anyway. And that's how the idea of building SEESEE brand arose. The brand accepting our womanly needs and making us feel happy and pretty. While fishing!
What are the benefits of SEESEE brand, when I compare it to other brands on the market?
The SEESEE brand is one of a kind on the EU market. It is designed for women, who love nature and fishing. For women, who want to look stylish and cool, but still feel comfy. From the very beginning I was clear about not printing on ready-made garments. I wanted to make unique hand-made stuff. I think that the quality must be at the first place. People will recognize, sooner or later, that (for someone) a bit higher price is a sign of uniqueness of the piece and skillfulness of the local tailor :) So I found a skilled graphic designer, a handy tailor and we created together the first collection of the SEESEE brand. It took us approximately a year. What do you think, did we succeed?
What's my biggest inspiration?
My biggest inspiration is the nature and fishing itself. Your photos – photos of women I follow across the all social media – are also very inspiring. They are pushing me all the time forwards. You are pushing me forward :) If you, girls, have some proposal, how to make SEESEE apparel better, or some ideas for a new clothes pieces, do not hesitate and share it with me! I love to get inspired. Anyway, the SEESEE brand is meant for us all :)
And what is my goal?
Well, how about to make something you're passionate about? That’s exactly my goal :) To continue doing what I love, to evolve as an angler, to develop the SEESEE brand as the only fishing brand for women. Always bringing you fresh clothing pieces inspired by you, we all will love to wear. I became a mother recently. That's why I started to seek nice fishing clothes for our little one as well. Who knows, maybe one day we will proudly announce collection for kids :D In the distant future…
